This initiative primarily aims to address the issues of fragmented IP ownership and low conversion efficiency within the local pump and valve industry.

The pump and valve industry in Jing County has already achieved an annual output value of 2 billion yuan, with fluoroplastic pumps holding a market share of up to 70%. However, there are still shortcomings in terms of IP, such as excessive fragmentation and a lack of collaboration. The new alliance hopes to foster an innovative environment by establishing mechanisms and integrating resources. Meanwhile, the local government has introduced new policies, offering a 20% subsidy on annual fees for enterprises within the alliance applying for patent open licenses, as well as bringing in professional institutions to facilitate the alignment of university research outcomes with corporate needs.
